Aggiorna sfondo del titolo con bg.png modificato dall'utente

L'utente ha modificato assets/bg.png. Convertito in PNG indicizzato
2-bit con la palette GB (4 colori) e rigenerato title_bg.c/.h con
png2asset. 205 tile unici (era 196).

ROM: 28198/32768 byte usati (86%), 4570 byte liberi.
