Add instructions.png asset (160x144 hint screen)

Immagine 2bpp con il testo delle istruzioni (controlli, obiettivo).
Non ancora integrata nel gioco (la ROM a 32KB e' piena). Da usare
quando si passera' a MBC5 banking (64KB) o si ottimizzera' il codice.
